History

Steve began his professional career as Law Clerk to Chancellor William T. Allen of the Delaware Court of Chancery, which is the premier business litigation court in America.

In 1991, Steve became an associate at the Wilmington, Delaware office of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher and Flom, where his practice focused on corporate and shareholder litigation involving large public companies.

Steve moved to Georgia in 1994.  He was Special Counsel at Holland & Knight, LLP and at Friend, Hudak & Harris, LLP.  Since moving to Georgia, Steve has broadened his practice to include litigation and counseling regarding a variety of complex business matters, with a particular emphasis on technology law and trademark and trade secret litigation.
